I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, but my room wasn't ready upon arrival even though I had booked it two weeks in advance for Valentine's weekend. The staff was friendly but couldn't accommodate my request for a late check-in even after offering to pay in advance with a credit card.
